Rico Espinoza

Award winning filmmaker based in Vancouver, BC, Canada. Graduated from the Film Production program at the Vancouver Film School on a Scholarship awarded by Hollywood Director, Kevin Smith.

I began performing improvised music for various iterations of a D&D based improv show in Edmonton, Alberta in 2011. Over the years I worked my way up to Producer & Board Member for that theatre company.

The lessons and the experience gained allowed me to begin my own production company, Campfire Tales, which delights in producing high quality theatre and film projects beginning with an original theatre production, Feather Fall, which went on to receive 5/5 stars from Global News.

Today, I work in Vancouver’s film industry where I feel fortunate to continue my passion for storytelling alongside other talented creatives. - Rico Espinoza
